Return Policy

We have a no-hassle return and exchange policy!  

All of our products can be returned for an exchange except for any non-coverage bottoms like swimwear and final sale items. Regular products on sale may be returned for exchange or store credit only. Returns must be received no later than 15 days from the date you placed your order for exchange.  Items MUST still have tags on them. No exceptions. Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted.  If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.  If the return qualifies, a store credit code will be emailed to the email address on file within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item.  We never refund shipping and handling charges. A restocking fee of up to 25% will be charged on returns over $50.   We only accept back unworn/unwashed merchandise with tags.


Health regulations stipulate that clothing that is soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered CAN NOT be taken back. If we receive such goods we will charge you $30 and return the items to you. Any customer doing excessive returns will be taken off our client list and no further orders will ever be accepted. There will be a $25.00 charge on all checks that do not clear or for charge backs. Any fraudulent activities are reported to your local police department for prosecution. Our company name PIRATA Clothing will appear on your credit card statement.

Missing Package or Item

All of our deliveries are made using trusted logistics partners such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. All of your orders are assigned a tracking number and are insured at a minimum of $50 to further protect you and us.  If on the very outside chance you receive a delivery confirmation via email and your item is not at the address you have 48 hours to report the missing item to us.  If you wait days and weeks later to report the missing item and expect a refund that request will be understandably and respectfully declined. 

 

Backorders

All of our products are high-quality, and offered at great prices.  Occasionally, we will have products that temporarily go out-of-stock from the time you order until the time our shipping department receives the order.  These situations are known as backorders.  We will communicate to you as our valued customer as soon as we become aware of a backorder situation.  The good news is we will momentarily ship the order (typically no more than 30 days from receiving your order) and we will include a free gift as a small thank you for your patience.  If at anytime you have questions or need to reach us please phone or email at the address listed below.
